Alzheimer’s disease (AD) might well be considered an epidemic. It afflicts more than 26 million people around the world, including 5.4 million in the United States. It has surpassed diabetes as the fifth leading cause of death among seniors in the U.S; and it’s now the second most feared disease among seniors…after cancer; and with good reason, as there is of yet no cure for this disease. Current dogma declares the only way out of this horrible nightmare is death.
Additionally there are other age-related dementias including simple forgetfulness that seems to increase as we age.
On a national note, if something dramatic isn’t done soon, this devastating brain wasting disease alone could bankrupt Medicare, and may even wreak havoc within your own family – if it hasn’t already. But the good news is: Alzheimer’s may be prevented and even arrested, in most cases, IF the required steps are taken soon enough – steps we are going to share with you on this website and in our books and CDs. As you read on you will gain insights into practices and protocols, now available that may help you stave off memory loss, cognitive decline and related dementias including Alzheimer’s disease.
