People get older in rural Asia, and India, but they don&#8217;t have near the incidence of such disorders. Why?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Recent Findings<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The latest research shows the answer may not be in our medicine cabinets or pharmacies, but our behaviors, relationships and lifestyles.<br \/>\n<strong>Hint:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tens of thousand of European\u2019s are turning their health issues around &#8211; in major studies involving more than 60,000 people. \u00a0But because it\u2019s not with drugs these studies are largely being ignored in\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">America<\/span>\u00a0. \u00a0Yet consider these results.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The German arm of the EPIC study with over 28,000 people, found that healthy lifestyles &#8212; (including better nutrition)&#8211; produce the following health benefits in just a few years. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2013Diabetes was reduced by\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 70%<br \/>\n\u2013Heart disease by \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 65%<br \/>\n\u2013Stroke by \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a070%<br \/>\n\u2013Cancer\u00a0 by \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 35%<br \/>\n(All chronic diseases by 78%)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2 Other studies show <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>dementia risk<\/strong><\/span> was not only reduced but <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>reversed<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>just 2 years<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Another US\u00a0meta analysis showed one simple habit was\u00a0<b>more than twice as effective<\/b>\u00a0as the leading antidepressant in enhancing mood in clinically depressed \u00a0subjects.
